NEXT LEVEL Families

At Step by Step Wellness, our mission is to empower families to live healthier, stronger, and more connected lives through practical and sustainable habits. Families today aren’t just struggling with health—they’re struggling with habits, structure, and support. We are proud to introduce Next Level Families, a program designed to transform the way families eat, move, and live together. We run a simple but powerful 4-week workshop series right here in your establishment. Each week includes: 30 minutes: Nutrition Coaching 30 minutes: Physical Activity Training Families rotate between sections to ensure full participation in both “Each session is interactive, fun, family-friendly, and designed for all fitness levels.” Schedule a conservation to bring this program to your organization.
